About Us
History
The 105 Social House is located in Palmer Lake, a small mountain community between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs.
Our building was built in the early 1900's as a private home, and was eventually converted into a restaurant.
The current owners and staff are happy to welcome you to enjoy a meal or drink with us.
Special Events and Catering
Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
Seasonal and Local
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant, and do our best to work with local vendors and growers. Colorado's growing seasons are impacted by the varying weather every year, so our seasonal menu offerings will coincide with what Mother Nature allows us to work with.
