The 105 Social House has multiple on site spaces available to host your event.  

Bar & South Dining Room- Perfect for a standing reception or casual meal. Seating options do include bar stools and high tops.  We have a maximum seating capacity of 30.

North Dining Room- A private dining room that is well suited for a private event. Our most popular option for groups wishing to utilize a projector or have a buffet.  We cannot comfortably seat more than 60 people.

Patio- Our most popular venue in late spring, summer, and early fall.  We can seat approximately 50 people depending on your desired layout.  NOTE: our patio is not fully covered and a weather back up will have to be discussed.

Lawn- Wonderful to rent for a ceremony or laid-back reception area. NOTE: A weather backup will need to be discussed.

Caterings- We offer off-site caterings for your event.  By law, we are not allowed to supply alcohol.
